Executive Chef Alicia Perez and her husband and Restaurant Manager Xavier have come downtown to share their insatiable passion for food, wine and the dining experience with you. They have traveled abroad studying cusine and service around the world in order to bring you the erotic pleasure of fine food. Chef Alicia's menu has fused the flavors of the old world with the tastes for today's sophisticated palette. The antipasto take you to the simplicity found in a Tuscan or Roman Village where simple, fresh ingredients create beautiful food from the marinated Portobello served on a bed of frisee to the cheese plates. After your antipasto, tantalize your palette further with the prosciutto, wild mushroom and Tuscan Mousseline Panini or a gourmet pizza like the spicey chicken cacciatora or the herb marinated chicken with white garlic cream sauce where the Chef's travel and fine dining experience really shows through. The sinful collection of desserts starts with Bananas Foster and Crème Brulee Cheesecake and finishes back in the old world with Vin Santo and Biscotti.
